A standout memory for me is collaborating with Maria on a significant project: the tender for various ETBs and County Councils across the country. It was no walk in the park, filled with challenges and hard work, but the icing on the cake was clinching the tender – an amazing moment.

Prior to joining PaperPunch, sales were an alien concept to me. With over five years of customer service experience, including three in B2B settings, I was a bit unsure about diving into sales. But the support of everyone at PaperPunch helped me master the art, and now I enjoy wearing both the sales and customer service hats.
