Our Environmental Commitment
At Paperpunch we are committed to reducing our environmental impact and continually improving our environmental performance. This year, to continue our sustainability journey, and increase the scope of our environmental commitment, we’ve partnered with Office Friendly and Carbon Smart by joining the Weaver Social Sustainability Programme. We will be focusing our efforts on the following 3 core areas of sustainability:
Waste Management: Reducing, reusing, recovering and recycling business and operational waste by taking direct action and making changes within our supply chain.
Sustainable Products: Improving the sustainability of our overall supply chain by introducing more sustainable products into our offering.
Social Responsibility: Creating a positive social impact for our employees and our wider community through engagement and action.

Eco Friendly Products
We’ve made a number of updates to our website to make it easier for our customers to source green products. Throughout our site we have highlighted products with the green ‘Eco-Friendly’ badge and created a stand alone which you can check out here Eco-Friendly Section.
Waste Reduction
We make sure that we re-use and recycle as much packaging as possible at Paperpunch. Our recycling rate so far this year is currently 75% (Jan – Oct 2021). Toner Recycling Programme
The objective of our FREE ink & toner recycling programme is to achieve zero-waste landfill by recycling used cartridges. It is fully compliant with all current environmental and waste regulations to ensure you are fulfilling your environmental responsibility. Please get in touch with us here to find out more
Carbon Balancing Programme
As a business supplies provider we recognise the requirement to adopt practices that enable our customers to source products which are manufactured by methods that are less harmful to the world’s resources. As well as supplying PEFC and FSC certified paper, we also offer a programme in association with World Land Trust whereby for a small additional fee per pallet of paper you can offset the unavoidable carbon emissions of your office paper and printed marketing communications. The World Land Trust is an international conservation charity that protects the world’s most biologically significant and threatened habitats acre by acre.
How it works: You will be issued with a unique World Land Trust Carbon Balanced Paper logo that you can include on your printed material to demonstrate and communicate your commitment to reduce your carbon impact. You will also receive a certificate to advise the amount of CO2 balanced and the area of land protected as a result of your positive action.
